The training emphasizes hip and core stability, mobility, and progressive strength development—key components in supporting pelvic alignment, reducing common pregnancy-related discomforts, and facilitating postpartum recovery. Each phase is carefully structured to promote optimal movement mechanics, improve functional capacity, and restore strength in a safe and systematic manner.
